A private travel network for founders worth knowing. Real trips, real rooms, real friendships. The membership document, in long form.
Cal walks through the whole thing: the app, the trips and who's travelling where, profiles and learning, trip pricing, the concierge and the hotel partnerships. Recorded straight off the phone, the way you'll actually use it. Worth seeing before you read the rest.
Concordia is a private members club built around movement. We run trips, dinners, meetups, and the day-to-day infrastructure that turns a room of founders into a genuine circle. Not contacts. People.
Our pledge is simple. One trip a month, somewhere in the world. Dozens of local meetups across our city chapters. A community of founders who actually answer when you call.
We are not a mastermind. We are not a course. We are not a paid Slack channel. The product is the room, and the friendships that come out of it.
The honest version: founders in their twenties and early thirties who've already built something, and who've worked out that the next phase of life is less about adding zeros and more about adding the things money is supposed to buy. Time with the right people. Stories worth telling. A bag of tricks deep enough to handle any room.
Most members are between 21 and 35. Minimum bar is six figures a year, and the average sits comfortably past it. Funds, agencies, ecommerce, real estate, software, family offices, commodities. Different industries, same standard.
We're selective. Not because we like saying no, but because the room only stays valuable if every chair is worth sitting next to.
In 1519, Hernán Cortés landed in the New World and ordered his ships burned. No going back. Only forward.
That's how I've always seen this thing. You're either in or you're not. The men in this network haven't built what they've built by hedging. They burned the boats a long time ago, and they hold a standard of commitment that most rooms cannot match.
That's why the trust forms quickly, why the friendships hold, why the WhatsApp moves at speed. Everyone in it has skin in the game.
If you've still got one foot on the dock, this isn't your room. If you've already burned the boats, you'll feel at home.
One international trip a month, somewhere in the world. Members pay cost price. We don't mark trips up. Every other group does. We make our money keeping members in, not on flights and villas.
Built native for iOS. Live member map updated by city. AI search across the directory. Trip pitching with deposit voting. Daily member suggestions paired by location and expertise. Concierge built in.
Where the network actually lives. Quick questions, deal flow, "anyone in Mexico City next week," recommendations, the group laugh. Most members reply within minutes. That's the standard.
City Hosts run local meetups in their home cities every month. London, Dubai, Cape Town, Sydney, NYC, LA, Singapore, Madrid, Lisbon, Mexico City. Dinners, padel, sport, drinks. Whatever brings the boys together.
Five questions, thirty seconds to fill in. Our community manager compiles answers and connects people in the background. You need a designer in Mallorca? Someone in the group just hired theirs. Sorted.
If you don't want to plan it, don't. Travel, flights, hotels, restaurants, full itineraries. Once a year we host a black-tie annual gala. Last year, an old Edinburgh bank. Awards for members hitting milestones.
Trips are once a month. The rest of the time, the network runs on calls, masterminds, and a content library you can't find anywhere else.
A weekly catch-up call. Cigars, drinks, whatever you've got. We talk the news, the week, the deals, the chaos. No agenda, no slides. Just the boys ending the week together from wherever they are in the world.
A different multi-millionaire or billionaire founder hosts every month. Real operators, real numbers, real questions answered live. Past guests have run nine-figure businesses, multi-billion-dollar funds, and household-name brands.
Seventy-plus hours of recorded masterclasses, mastermind sessions, and walkthroughs. AI, crypto, sales, scaling, M&A, content, real estate, fundraising. From the best operators we know, on-demand inside the app.
Some of our trips run alongside @joinmaisonfemme, our sister network for female founders. When that happens, we either share a villa, take the one next door, or run shared activities through the week. Girlfriends, wives, and Maison Femme members are welcome on those trips.
Some of the best weeks in our three years have come from these mixed ones. We'll tell you upfront which trips are which so you can pick what suits you.
Dates firm up as each trip opens. The live calendar sits in the app, voted on by the members who'll be there.
Most networks make their money on the trips. They mark up flights, villas, food, transfers. A week away becomes a profit centre.
We don't. Members pay what we pay. No commission, no rebates, no padding. Every villa, every chef, every boat is invoiced and shared at cost. Receipts on request.
We make our money keeping members in. That's the only model that aligns us.
Most communities are built around content. Calls, modules, a library of recordings to never watch.
Concordia is built around the room. You join, you spend real time with real men, and you leave with a small circle of friends you would actually invite to your wedding.
The frame is Becoming a Nuanced Man. A man who can hold a conversation at any table. Who knows which whisky pairs with which cigar, where the good barber is in Florence, how to hold a serve, read a wine list, sail a boat. Not because he needs to. Because you never know what's coming out of the bag of tricks when it matters.
That's what the trips and the room are for. We don't teach business. We put you next to the men who already know, in places worth being, and let the rest happen.
Sit-down interviews with members across the network. No script, no questions sent in advance. Just the honest version of why they joined and what they got out of it.

Membership rates rise near the end of September, when our hotel partnership with Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Minor Hotels and the Marriott group goes live with preferential rates for members. From launch, new members pay £8,000 a year, or £20,000 for three years. Join before it and you come in at today's rates.
Tiered discounts when multiple members onboard from the same company. The deeper the bench, the better the rate. Same access, same trips, same room. The company just gets a better number.
Available on the one-year track. Three-year corporate deals available on request. Invoiced to the business with a single receipt. Speak to Cal directly to set this up.
Every new member receives a silver signet ring with their initials engraved on the back and the Concordia shield on the face, a cap, a t-shirt, and a handwritten note from Callum.
Card, bank, or crypto. All routes accepted. Card payments run in US dollars, and UAE cards see dirhams automatically. Receipts and invoices on request. Most members put this through the business.
Pick the IBAN that matches the currency you're sending. Send a screenshot of the transfer to Cal once it's away.
Send a screenshot of payment to Cal on WhatsApp and you'll be onboarded the same day.
I started this because I needed it. I was 21, making more money than my friends, and rapidly realising that none of them could answer the questions I was asking, and none of them wanted the things I wanted.
So I built the room I wanted to be in. Then other men found it and wanted in too. Then we started travelling together. Then we started doing business together. Then we started showing up at each other's weddings.
That's the actual product. Everything else, the app, the trips, the brochures, the gala, the rings, the bulletins, is infrastructure to make that happen reliably and at scale.
If that's what you're looking for, you'll like it here. If it isn't, no harm done. We're choosy on purpose.
